EnrichMinds ("we", "us") runs live online classes for school students. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our classes, why, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Demo booking form: course, class, subject, batch type, student's name, country and parent's WhatsApp number.
- Technical data: the page address, referring page, campaign tags in the link (UTM parameters), your time zone and the time of submission. If analytics are enabled, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel may set cookies – see section 5.
2. How we use it
- To contact you about the demo class you requested and to arrange classes.
- To send occasional updates about our classes. You can opt out at any time.
- To understand which pages and campaigns work, so we can improve the website.
We do not sell your information. We do not use a student's information for advertising.
3. Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in [Google Sheets in our Google Workspace account / your provider]. Messages you send us on WhatsApp are handled under WhatsApp's own terms. We keep enquiry data for up to [24] months after our last contact, then delete it.
4. Children's information
Our classes are for students under 18. We ask for a parent's WhatsApp number, and through this website we only collect the student's name, class and subjects. Parents can ask us to see, correct or delete their child's information at any time.
5. Cookies and analytics
If enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel to measure visits and form submissions (events: demo_submit, whatsapp_click). You can block these with your browser settings or an ad-blocker; the website still works.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop sending you updates. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within [30] days.
