Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every family to be sure before they pay – that is why the first class is free.
EnrichMinds is in the process of registering as a business. The legal name of the business will be added to this page once registration is complete.
1. Free class
The free class costs nothing and there is no obligation to join.
2. First month
The fee for the first month is non-refundable once paid, because you have already been able to try a class before paying.
3. After the first month
- Monthly plan: you can stop at any time. Tell us before your next payment date and you will not be charged again. The month already paid for is not refunded.
- 4-month plan: if you stop after the first month, we refund the full months that have not started yet. A month that has already started is not refunded.
4. Discounts
If you received a discount for paying 4 months together and stop early, the refund is worked out at the normal monthly fee for the months already used.
5. How to ask for a refund
Send us a message by WhatsApp or email with the student's name. We confirm within 2 working days and send the refund within 14 days, by the same method you paid with.
