These terms apply when you book a demo or enrol your child in EnrichMinds' online classes.
1. Demo class
The demo class is free and there is no obligation to enrol. We will confirm the time on WhatsApp.
2. Fees and payment
- Fees are not published on our website. After the free session, we share a personal plan and fee with you; fees are then charged monthly, in advance, as shown on your invoice.
- Accepted methods: [bank transfer (UAE / India), UPI, card via secure payment link]. We never ask for card details over WhatsApp.
- We may change fees with at least [30] days' notice; changes never apply to a month already paid for.
3. Refunds and cancellations
[Set your policy, for example:] You may stop at any time with [7] days' notice. Classes already held in the current month are charged at the per-class rate and the balance is refunded within [14] days or carried forward, as you prefer.
4. Batches and scheduling
- Classes are taught in small batches; 1-on-1 classes are also available.
- Class timings and the number of classes are agreed with you in your personal plan after the demo.
5. Materials and conduct
Class materials are for the enrolled student's personal study only and must not be shared publicly. Students are expected to join on time and be respectful; we may remove a student from a batch for repeated disruption after speaking with the parent.
6. Results
We work hard to help every student improve, but we do not guarantee any particular marks, rank or admission result. JEE and NEET are conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA), CBSE examinations by CBSE, and CAET by its own conducting body; we are not affiliated with any of them.
